The Gaza Monologues are testimonies written by ASHTAR Theater's youth in 2010, after the first war on the Gaza Strip. Tragically, these Monologues are still accurate today, revealing the horrors, hopes and resilience of courageous Gazans to a wider audience and highlighting the voices of the children of Gaza. The December 7th performance will feature monologues from 2010, 2014 and 2023. The December 21st performance will feature an entirely different slate of monologues written in November 2024. Both venues are wheelchair accessible and both performances will be livestreamed.
An original play by Chrystal Devon. Please join us for this hour long dramatic reading with a Q&A discussion following the performance. The performance is free, but we will be collecting donations for a grassroots effort in Gaza to feed hungry families.

Peace activists will gather from 1:00 to 5:00 pm for the vigil. Granite Staters are invited to join Veterans and supporters in a fast and a vigil to remember the innocent children of Gaza whose lives have been cut short. The Palestine Director of Human Rights Watch, Omar Shakir, said, “Israel’s use of starvation as a weapon of war has proven deadly for children in Gaza.” The vigil organizers will fast on Tuesday, Nov. 26, to show solidarity with the children of Palestine. Speakers representing various faith and social service communities will be presenting throughout the afternoon. Attendees are also invited to speak. Granite Staters can join by fasting for one or more meals, or they can make donations to organizations that are working to alleviate the anguish of the people of Gaza, especially the children. Donations can be made to UNICEF, OXFAM, Save the Children, the American Friends Service Committee, the UN World Food Program, and UNRWA USA.

They will share an update on the terror campaign being waged by the Israeli army and settlers, and how PHF is carrying out its life affirming activities for children and their families. We'll also hear about a new initiative PHF has implemented involving workshops to educate and activate democracy building. Please register below and join us on November 24th.

History did not begin on Oct 7th. A Critical Solidarities Series with Amira Haas. Amira Hass is the only Ha'Aretz journalist who has lived for many decades in the West Bank from where she has fearlessly reported what the world needs to hear, but her own government doesn't want its people to know.### The speakers in this series bring a range of biographical, literary, ethnographic, filmic and discursive frameworks for understanding race, gender and sexuality when it is attuned to Palestine in particular, and not some “civil dialogue between two viewpoints” for a better world. It draws attention also to the paradigms of thinking already developed in the field for engaging anti-/de/colonial, intersectional, and non-supremacist ways of being in/with others in the world.
